The 3A Molecular Sieve (Dehydration Type) is a high-efficiency desiccant composed of potassium sodium aluminosilicate. With a crystal structure formulated as Xk₂O·YNa₂O·Al₂O₃·2SiO₂·9/2H₂O (where X+Y=1, X≥0.4), it selectively adsorbs molecules with a kinetic diameter less than 3 angstroms.
